Dear Parents, Today in class we learned subjects and predicates, did RWN pages 54 and 61, and read Thunder Rose. Homework tonight is to study for the unit test. Tomorrow's unit test will consist of spelling, definition matching, subjects and predicates, long vowel vcv words, and story comprehension. Due to only being able to read the story once this unit due to the number of field trips, I suggest that students read Thunder Rose to review.
